Intermodal Pull-Through Cable Seals

The flexiGrip™ 200 is an innovative new Cable Seal which has been specially designed for being used on containers and trucks. Primarily developed for SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance S.A.) the world leading cargo surveyors, it is currently used in over a hundred countries to seal containers after pre-shipment inspections.

This new cable seal has been designed to secure, not only the container / truck locking gear, but also the door opening itself. The cable is installed around the container / truck bars, in order to prevent any illegal opening of the door, from remaining unnoticed.

It is a highly indicative cable-seal, with remarkable resistance to tampering. The pulling-strength is greatly increased thanks to a patented loop-guided insertion of the wire into the seal body.

Removal of the seal requires a strong cable cutter.

Material

Steel locking mechanism encapsulated into plain and transparent ABS plastic with standard steel wire (airline type), unravels when cut.

Colours

Red, yellow, green, blue, grey, orange or white.
Dedicated color optional for large users.

Encapsulated markings

According to our Integral Design, your company's name and the serial number are encapsulated inside a transparent plastic shield. Any attempt at tampering with the markings will destroy the seal.

Customization

The seal can feature the corporate user logo molded onto the body, to prevent any substitution.
